How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
It takes us 5-8 business days for processing your orders. We will send you an email with Tracking Number. After it, please allow us 12-15 business days for shipping.
On average, standard shipping time is 17-23 business days once you completed your orders.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you havenโt received tracking info within 10 business days, please contact us.
My tracking says โNo information available at the momentโ.
For some shipping companies, it takes 5-8 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if youโve specified combined shipping.

PurseAura Shipping Protection Policy
At PurseAura, we want every package to arrive as beautifully as the product inside. Thatโs why we offer optional Shipping Protection – a service designed to cover your order against damage, loss, or theft while in transit (see definitions below).
To be eligible, Shipping Protection must be selected at checkout and will appear as a line item in your order summary.
If you selected and paid for Shipping Protection and experience any delivery issues, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 10 days of the delivery date. Weโll be happy to help you with a resolution that could include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
๐ฆ Whatโs Covered
Damaged
To qualify as โdamaged,โ the shipment must meet all of the following:
- The item is unusable or visibly damaged due to issues in transit
- You can provide photos (and if possible, a video) of both the shipping packaging and the damaged item
Lost
To be considered โlost,โ your shipment must meet all of the following:
- Tracking status shows โNot Delivered,โ or marked โDeliveredโ to an incorrect address and cannot be recovered
- It has been at least 12 days since the last tracking update
Stolen
To be considered โstolen,โ your order must meet all of the following:
- Tracking shows the package was delivered to the correct address
- You did not receive the order
- When possible, evidence of theft (such as doorbell camera footage) should be provided
๐ Resolutions for Protected Orders
Depending on your case, we may offer one of the following options:
- Replacement โ Weโll send a new item to you at no cost. Your original Shipping Protection will apply to this replacement as well.
- Store Credit โ If you prefer flexibility, we can issue a store credit for the value of your protected item so you can reorder whenever you like.
- Refund โ In select situations, a refund may be issued to your original form of payment.
๐ซ Exceptions โ Whatโs Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not apply to the following situations:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was entered at checkout
- The package was returned to sender due to delivery attempts or no response from the recipient
- International shipments held in customs โ unfortunately, we cannot influence customs delays
- Concerns related to product quality or satisfaction โ please contact us separately and weโll be happy to assist
- Claims made after 10 days from delivery or last carrier scan

If you did not select Shipping Protection at checkout, PurseAura is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will always do our best to assist, but please understand our options may be limited without this coverage.
